1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Prlytics ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prlytics is a unified marketing analytics platform that aggregates data from various social media and advertising platforms including, but not limited to, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads. The Service provides analytics, insights, and reporting tools to help users understand their marketing performance.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms through OAuth authentication. By connecting your accounts, you:

  • Grant us permission to access and retrieve data from your connected accounts
  • Understand that we will only access data necessary to provide the Service
  • Agree to comply with the terms of service of all third-party platforms you connect
  • May revoke access at any time through your account settings or the third-party platform

5. Data and Privacy

8. Subscription and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prlytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prlytics operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
